This week we’re experimenting with new techniques (how exciting!) Read on for my process on how I created this engraved and burnt house number.
I’ve always loved how engraving looks. It’s like the equivalent of debossing on paper but for solid materials. In this already amazing New Year I thought I’d round up some Craft Trends looking forward into 2018
Over the last 5 years it seems like there has been a huge resurgence of handmade goods taking centre stage. This seems especially true for gifts and more and more people are now trying their hand at crafting. It’s also incredibly easy to get your hands on great quality materials and resources. Read on for my thoughts on what Craft Trends we might see in 2018!
We’ve been using the Dremel Versatip for craft projects for a while now. We’d like to share our experience with this tool and why it should be in every crafters toolbox!
The Dremel Versatip is a highly diverse piece of kit. While usually aimed at the DIY market, there are endless possibilities of uses in crafts too. The Versatip even has a number of additional interchangeable ‘tips’. With a few hours of experimentation, you can achieve some great results! See what we’ve done with it so far here.
