A little while ago I came across an amazing website called Urban Threads, who produce some really cool embroidery patterns. After seeing all the amazing patterns I’d been toying with the idea of getting an embroidery machine.
I finally decided I’d bite the bullet and get one. I’m so glad I did. Read on to find out which embroidery machine I chose and my review of it…
I decided to go for the Husqvarna Viking H Class 600E. When it finally arrived I couldn’t believe the size of it, being used to my little Singer. I got it out of the box and set it up and prepared to start my first ever machine embroidery piece.
It’s a really great machine to use, I’ve had a few issues with thread breaking but I think that comes down to trial and error with the tension setting and choosing the right stabiliser for the fabric you are using.
Here are some pictures of the finished item.
Let me know what you think in the comments below and any experiences you’ve had with embroidery machines. I’d love to hear from you.
